Wow, I can not believe that school & daycare is starting. It has been a VERY trying summer both mentally, physically & emotionally for everyone whether you lost your home or not.

I am going to try my hardest to make this daycare year the best possible for all the kids and parents, I know things will be different and there is going to have to be flexibility on all of our parts but I am confident this is going to be the next best thing to being in my home.

I want to assure you all that every toy and piece of equipment has been cleaned and sanitized as I would not ever put your child in any danger. I did loose a lot of books as they felt moist so I threw them away to be on the safe side so if you have a abundance of books and would like to donate some that would be very much appreciated.

Lori Soltis & I are working on a sign up sheet for scheduled time’s for residents to come and play and read to the kids and that will be when I get their lunch ready so they will not be unattended at any time and the kitchen is directly across the hall.

We have no idea of a time frame for being back into our house as I will not move in until everything is considered MOLD FREE, as I will not expose my family or your children to that danger.

I want to thank you all for the concern, help, calls, words of encouragement and cooperation in all of this and am glad you have chosen to share your child/children with me this year.
